EXPERIENCED COMMERCIAL LITIGATION ATTORNEY

Tony Andre, Esq. is the principal shareholder of Andre Law. Before founding Andre Law, Mr. Andre worked at two of Miami’s finest law firms.  Mr. Andre is experienced in an assortment of legal matters from litigation to transactions. He has represented institutional clients and investors in transactions and litigation and has also represented those same clients in various capacities (including plaintiff, defendant, and neutral third party).

First and foremost, Mr. Andre brings his wealth of experience as the managing shareholder of Andre Law Firm.  Mr. Andre’s representative matters include the representation of a leading national bank in federal court involving high-stakes litigation involving the Republic of Argentina.  In addition,  Mr. Andre has represented countless investors and financial institutions in high value commercial litigation throughout the state of Florida and New York.

Mr. Andre has also successfully argued cases in Florida’s appellate courts.  For example, Mr. Andre successfully overturned an adverse ruling in the Florida Fourth District Court of Appeals, which resulted in the establishment of favorable law and a seminal decision regarding service of process on banks in the state (Bank of America, N.A. vs. Jonathan Bornstein, 39 So.3d 500 (Fla. 4th DCA 2010)).

SKILLED DEBT COLLECTION ATTORNEY

In the realm of high-stakes debt collection and commercial collection work, Mr. Andre is unmatched in his experience.  In his work in creditor’s rights and commercial collections, Mr. Andre has collected millions of dollars on behalf of his clients through various means of post-judgment collection techniques.  Mr. Andre prides himself on coming up with creative and aggressive solutions to helping clients collect debt.

For instance, Mr. Andre successfully levied the patent rights of a judgment debtor in Florida in enforcing a judgment.  Mr. Andre also regularly aids foreign judgment creditors to enforce judgments in Florida.  For example, Mr. Andre has aided countless out-of-state creditors domesticate and enforce judgments throughout the state of Florida in both state and federal courts.

Mr. Andre is a Miami native. Mr. Andre earned his bachelor’s degree in 2002 and his law degree in 2007, both from the University of Oklahoma. Mr. Andre earned his Florida Bar membership in 2007 and New York Bar membership in 2010. Mr. Andre is admitted to district courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida and the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Transactions

Mr. Andre has dedicated a significant portion of his practice to helping clients with transactional matters.  While in law school, Mr. Andre was the law clerk for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers of the National Football League.  Since then, Mr. Andre has worked complex transactional matters such as commercial leases, note sale agreements, and vendor agreements.
